Currently New India Assurance Aruba is directed by the youngest daughter of the company’s initial founder. Ms. Joy Raghunath, whom in 1998 initiated the design and production of the New India Personality Calendar to shine the spotlight on special people whom have proven to be a valuable asset to the Aruban community through their dedicated support offered with a wide range of their works, arts and sports. On each calendar every month depicts a special person and a short indication of his or her contribution offered to society.

The yearly presentation of the New India Personality Calendar is celebrated grandly with clients, business acquaintances and all members of the press whom together with the Calendar Personalities are the guests of honor for the event.
Over the past ten years, personalities have been photographed by the celebrated photographer Steve Keith and they also have had their portrait painted by the renowned artist Ms. Charito Chaves of the Dominican Republic. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Personality Calendar, a more in-depth depiction of each personality was chosen entailing individual photo-shoots combined with essence-insight sessions by the Soul Painting artist Caresse Isings who crafts a multidimensional portrayal intermixed with an esoteric poem depicting her vision of the individual energy that each person seems to emit.
